From Florence or Rome Airports:

Join the A1 (if you are at Florence, follow direction Roma. If you are at Rome, follow direction Firenze).

Follow A1 until you reach the junction for Bettolle.

Leave A1 at Bettolle, after the tolls, cross the round-about (second exit) and join the BETTOLE – PERUGIA road. Continue until you reach the exit for Pietraia.

Take the exit, turn left and continue to the end of the road.

You will come to traffic lights/T-Junction at the end of the road in Riccio. Turn left at the traffic lights (T-junction). Drive through Riccio until you reach a right hand turn sign posted Ossaia/Pergo/Montanare/Piazzano.

Next to this turning there is a large RED house on the right, you can’t miss it! Continue on this road through Ossaia, until you reach the T-junction at the end.

Turn left towards Cortona. Pass a small bar call “Bar Giada” and an old abandoned “Vintage” shop on the left, pass a small road going up on the right.

Pass “Cortona Resort & Spa” on your left, our gates are immediately on your right. You will see a round mirror facing you on the left hand side of the road, in the mirror you will see our gates.

Make a sharp left hand turn into the drive. Please ring on the buzzer when you arrive. If you get to the end of the road you have gone too far. Turn around, just after the flashing “Attention” sign you will find our gates on the left, just before “Cortona Resort & Spa”.

FOR BAGGAGE DROP OFF: Follow the above directions until the baggage drop off note. Take the small road on your right.

With old stone walls either side of the road, you will see the villa up ahead (large yellow/cream building with balcony over the road). Immediately past the villa there is a narrow gravel road.

Pull your car in there and unload your luggage by the large black metal gates. Danielle and Bobby will be there prior to everyone’s arrival and will come meet you and help with luggage.
