Delicious food, would recommend. Andrew and Danielle went on at least one very memorable date here!
Another memorable date happened here! Their food is incredible, and their menu caters well to dietary restrictions.
SUCH yummy food! Danielle recommends the hot chicken salad, green beans, and sweet potato salad, whereas Andrew recommends a delicious burger, but you really can't go wrong. You get in line and order similar how you would a chipotle then pay as you leave (by the desserts!). They have all sorts of cutesy little knick-knacks as well!
A small shack we can't stop going to. There is a very small outdoor seating area, so we recommend the drive thru. Andrew always gets the Cali steak fries and Dani goes back and forth with the fajitas or like seven of the street tacos.
Breakfast/brunch/lunch, no matter what you do you must try their million-dollar bacon. Before going gluten-free, Danielle would get the lemon ricotta pancakes whenever a special occasion arose (birthdays, holidays, a nice sunny Wednesday...) with a morning meditation to drink. Andrew recently cried into a beautiful plate of biscuits and gravy with their amazing potatoes. There are a couple locations in the area, so see what's closest to where you're staying! They are only open until about 2:30pm, so be sure to check times as well.
One of Danielle's favorite restaurants in the area! The spicy shredded lamb hummus bowl? Perfection.
This location is closer to the venue than their Goodlettsville location, which is 900 Conference Dr Suite 7B, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, right next to Chef's market. They're the same restaurant, and both are delicious! Pizza, wings, and smothered tots, they even have gluten free crust options.
Honestly, we've never gone here haha. BUT there are a ton of caves in the TN/KY area, and they're SO cool! This one just happens to be closer than some of the others. But if you plan to be here for a few days, a day trip to Bowling Green or Franklin, KY will take you closer to some BIG caves.
Shopping and delicious food options! Cute boutiques, sometimes events, always good eats. Check their website before heading that way!
Same thing as Bell Witch! Haven't been there but it's just too cool not to recommend. As far as we know, you are required to purchase tickets beforehand, so definitely plan ahead! It is more of a drive, so find a few other people and carpool on up!
If you're into country music, he's apparently a big deal.
This is actually a pretty cool park, too! Very popular for pictures and picnics.
Check out what they have going on here! There is also the Opry Mills Mall right next door, in case you really miss malls or need to stop at a Cinnabon.
Danielle will always be partial to the spectacularity of Seattle's Woodland Park Zoo, but it's another fun activity if you're into it!
If you're willing to drive a LOT further:
- Chattanooga, TN has an awesome aquarium.
- Dollywood is out by Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN, which in itself attracts SO many tourists every year and is worth checking out if you're making a trip of it! Lots of things to do there!
Beautiful area, again, a little further out! Look at their website for potential events that will be happening while you're here!
Great for kids and adults! It's a fun, indoor opportunity for getting some wiggles out.
Okay, this is an EXPERIENCE. It is downtown, so keep in mind traffic, parking, crowds, etc., and you need to go there with a raging sweet tooth. It will be satiated beautifully. And we want to hear what shake you ended up getting.
