Here are the areas we would recommend looking for hotels, motels, Holiday Inns:

- Springfield, TN

- Greenbrier, TN

- Ridgetop, TN

- Goodlettsville, TN

This in order of closest to Springfield down to closest to Nashville. We wouldn't necessarily recommend going any further south, but feel free to look around other areas by Springfield!

Springfield is about 45 minutes north of Nashville. The venue is a bit out of the way, so a rental car will likely be your best bet, unless you're close enough to try and use Uber/Lyft/whatever else. Check and schedule those rides beforehand, as the location is further out. Again, feel free to coordinate with other guests! You're not alone!
