1. Fly into Rome (FCO) airport
2. Take a taxi to Roma Termini, the main train station in Rome.
3. Take the train to Siena (These run every 15-30 minutes throughout the day).
4. The train station in Siena is centrally located however there are taxis outside, the drivers know Villa Catignano well.
There is no direct train from Rome to Siena, you can connect via Florence
The quickest and best train to Siena, is via Florence which can be booked 6 months in advance.
