Ceremony: Parking is in the grassy lot across from the Sunken Garden and before you enter through the 4-H Camp gate. Ceremony: Parking is limited at Carmon’s. Once that lot is full, you can find additional parking directly east of the venue. The ceremony will be located in the Sunken Garden of Allerton Park in Monticello, Illinois. Ceremony begins at 5:30. Arrive 15 minutes early.

The reception will follow the ceremony at Carmon’s event center in downtown Champaign, Illinois. Cocktail hour starting upon arrival of the venue with dinner and dancing to follow that.

Food will be provided for all guests and there will be a cash bar.

The Hyatt Place downtown Champaign & Drury Inn and Suites will have rooms blocked off for guests. Champaign-Urbana is also very well established with Airbnb and VRBOs or other hotel options very close to the venue.

At Allerton: The Sunken Garden has an access ramp when you follow the entrance path to the right of the Sunken Garden entrance. The area is grassy, so be wary if you wear heels! At Carmon’s: Upon entry, there are no hurdles. Very flat entrance and elevator (if needed). All parts of the ceremony are on the first floor.

Luckily, we are able to use our reception hall as the ceremony venue as well in case weather is not being friendly. We will hold the ceremony and reception in one place if that were to be the case! Please call/text either David (319-850-1451) or Dev (314-399-5910) for questions.

Summer comfortable/formal. We want you to look your best and be comfortable in the summer heat! Feel free to join in on the color palette of blues, greens, purples, golds, silvers (peacock colors if you will). :) Since people have asked, I will give a rundown on the attire we will be wearing - button up shirt, suit jacket, slacks, dress shoes, no ties - more of a casual formal combo.
