About Saratoga Springs, NY
Saratoga Springs, NY is located about 30 minutes north of Albany, at the foot of the Adirondack Mountains. Known for horse racing, natural mineral springs, and Revolutionary War history, it is also a great place for leaf peeping in the fall. We are excited to welcome many of our out-of-state guests to Kyle's hometown and one of our most cherished places to spend time.
Fall is a very busy time in Upstate New York. We encourage out-of-town guests make arrangements early.
Getting to Saratoga Springs
Arriving by Air:
Albany International Airport (ALB) is located about 25 miles south of Saratoga Springs and should provide direct service on a variety of airlines from locations like Detroit, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and New York City.
New York City area airports are an option as well. Amtrak services the greater Albany/Saratoga Springs area, and the city is about a 3.5 hour drive from Saratoga Springs. While it would likely add travel time, the train from New York City to Upstate New York along the Hudson River is beautiful, particularly in the fall.
Rideshare and Car Rentals:
Rideshare options from the airport will typically cost between $30-50 one way, and planned wedding activities will be located within walking distance of downtown Saratoga Springs. Those wishing to explore the region or add on a few days to enjoy fall in Upstate New York may wish to rent a car. Most major car rental agencies operate out of the Albany Airport.
Arriving by Car:
Saratoga Springs is conveniently located near major interstates, with I-90 available to those arriving from the west, and I-87 available to those arriving from the south.
The Saratoga Hilton
The Saratoga Hilton is located in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York, about a 10 minute walk from most wedding festivities. There is a charge for overnight parking and there is a 2-night minimum for this hotel.
Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge
Spa City Motor Lodge features newly renovated, motel-style accommodations with a centrally located common space with self-serve coffee and other refreshments.
Complimentary parking is provided. Spa City Motor Lodge is conveniently located across the street from the ceremony location. There is a 2-night minimum for this hotel.

Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta
The Hyatt Place is a budget-conscious option located about eight miles south of the wedding activities. Guests can expect about a 15-minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs. This hotel offers complimentary parking and breakfast. Guests may stay for either one or two nights at this hotel.
