Wedding Travel & Payment Details

As we prepare for this exciting destination wedding, we want to ensure that everyone is well-informed about the necessary steps to secure your attendance and make your travel arrangements.

PLEASE READ AND PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE DETAILS

We are thrilled to offer our guests the unique experience of enjoying not just one, but two stunning resorts during our wedding celebration. All guests are required to stay at the luxurious Dreams Playa Moureals. However, you can hop over to the neighboring Secrets Resort, where you can access all its exclusive amenities.

Please note that Secrets Resort is an adults-only destination, and you must be at least 18 to enter. This resort also houses a vibrant nightclub, where you can dance the night away in an unforgettable atmosphere.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you in paradise!

Step 1: RSVP Your Attendance

The first step is to RSVP for you and your guests. This will confirm your intention to join us on our special day.

Step 2: Wedding Seat Deposit

After RSVPING, the next step is to secure your spot by paying the non-refundable seat deposit. This deposit covers the cost of your seat at the welcome party, wedding, reception, and other fun activities we have planned along the way (we can’t spoil all the surprises!).

- Cost per seat:

-Adult- 250.00 USD

-Child under 3 to 12 years of age - $125.00 USD

-0 TO 2- FREE

We will stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres, where rooms will start at approximately $2,100 depending on your room choice for a 7-day, 6-night all-inclusive stay. Guests will also have full access to Secrets Playa Mujeres, making it a dual vacation experience that allows everyone to enjoy the amenities of both resorts.

- This deposit must be paid to confirm your attendance fully.

Step 3: Flight and Hotel Payment

The final step involves arranging your flight and hotel stay.

Please note that the flight and hotel stay are bundled as one payment, covering a 7-day, 6-night all-inclusive experience. This package also includes your airport pick-up and drop-off.

Initial Deposit: A $250 USD deposit is required for each guest (both adults and children) to hold your seat and reserve your flight and accommodation. This deposit amount is the same for everyone, regardless of the room category you choose.

Final Payment:

After making the initial $250 USD deposit, you will have 90 days to complete the remaining balance. The final payment amount will depend on the room category you select, and it will be the total cost for each guest in that room. This means that everyone in the same room will share the same final payment amount. It’s important to note that the final payment will vary depending on the type of room you choose some rooms may have higher costs due to additional amenities or upgraded features.

If the final payment is not completed within the 90-day period, your deposit will be forfeited. Please also note that the deposit is non-refundable.

All payments for flights and accommodation will be handled directly through our travel agent.
