The ceremony will last approximately 20 minutes, and the party will continue past midnight. We ask that you enjoy the ceremony and the special moments without distractions, therefore please refrain from taking photos during that time. However, feel free to take plenty of pictures during the reception! We’ll also have a photographer capturing the key moments, and we’ll share those with you after the celebration.

We ask all our guests to arrive at 4:00 PM for our ceremony, as late arrivals will not be accommodated. Kindly note that this is during peak traffic hours. We encourage you to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel to ensure you don’t miss a moment of our special day. Thank you for understanding!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! A full-service bar will be available until 2 AM for guests to enjoy their favorite drinks. Note that this will be a cash bar, so please plan accordingly. We can’t wait to dance the night away with all of you.

To ensure everything runs smoothly on our big day, we ask that all RSVPs and attendance fees be submitted by April 5, 2025. There will be ample free parking available at the venue for all our guests. However, we will not be providing transportation, so we ask that you make your own arrangements to get to and from the venue.

The venue offers overnight accommodations. The rooms can be booked on a first come first served basis and Strathmere will be pleased to work directly with guests on room reservations. Room rates may change at any time prior to the wedding without notice. Please email overnight@strathmere.com directly for all overnight room requirements. A few other options may also be found in the travel section for your convenience.

While we love our little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those in the bridal party. The children can be in attendance only if named in the invite.
