The venue is a working farm, and the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on grass. Please consider appropriate footwear, especially if the prior week was rainy. The reception will be in a permanent tent and is our backup plan in the event of rain or extreme cold.

Highs in the low 70s, lows in the 50s, but it can range from 35-85. This is the driest month in Charlotte too, so it should be pretty comfortable.

The bridal party and family will take photos immediately after the ceremony. Guests will be directed to the garden for appetizers and cocktails before the reception.

Absolutely! We have several guests with kids and would be happy if you decide to bring them or to treat yourself to a kid-free weekend. There is a screened-in porch that can be used for privacy or a bit of quiet if needed.
