A shuttle service will be available on a scheduled basis to transport guests to and from Mansfield and Nevada throughout the course of the evening (approximately 30 minute drive.) The shuttle will pick up guests at the TownePlace Suites. Guests staying at surrounding hotels are welcome to take advantage of the shuttle, but must come to the TownePlace Suites for pick up.

Rooms in The Newton's block at the TownePlace Suites are available on a first come, first served basis. If these rooms are no longer available on booking, please feel free to book at the neighboring Fairfield Inn or at other hotels in the area. There are additional hotels located closer to Everhart (Upper Sandusky, Bucyrus), but transportation to and from these hotels will not be provided.
Please access the link below or contact TownePlace Suites at the aforementioned number to book your room. To book a room in The Newton's block at their set rate, you must book by 3/4/2025 at 6pm ET.

Airports
For those graciously flying in from out of town, the most easily accessible airports are John Glenn Columbus (CMH - 75 minutes away), Cleveland Hopkins (CLE - 90 minutes away), and Akron-Canton (CAK - 95 minutes away.)
Ride share services are accessible in the airport areas to transport you to Mansfield*, as well as private transfers. Our primary transportation company, TL Worldwide, listed below, is available to schedule transfers. These can be booked independently and are not provided by the bride and groom.
*Ride share services are very sparse in Nevada where the ceremony and reception will take place. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly.
