Our wedding and reception will be held at a private residence just outside of Boulder, Colorado.

Transportation

Shuttle transportation to and from the wedding is provided and required for all guests. Unless

previously arranged, guests are not permitted to park at the wedding venue.

Shuttle #1: Denver Marriott West

Boarding Time: 2:30-2:45 p.m.

Departure Time: 2:45 p.m.

Shuttles #2 and #3: The Golden Hotel

Boarding Time: 2:30-2:45 p.m.

Departure Time: 2:45 p.m.

Shuttles will depart from both hotels at 2:45 p.m. sharp. Please do not be late as we will not be able

to hold the shuttle departure time.

If you are not staying at the two designated hotels, or are a local guest, please take the shuttle

leaving from The Golden Hotel. Be sure to plan ahead for parking and walking to the hotel

for shuttle pick-up. Paid parking is available but limited at the hotel. Additional parking can be

found at the North Parking Garage, located two blocks from the hotel at the corner of 11th and

Jackson, as well as other lots and garages throughout downtown Golden.

The ride to the venue takes approximately 45 minutes, offering a scenic journey that’s well worth

the trip.

A small shuttle will depart from Burning Sky Farm between 8:30-9 p.m. and return guests to both

hotels. The other shuttles will depart shortly after the reception ends at 10 p.m.

Outdoor Celebration

Our wedding ceremony will take place in the late afternoon, surrounded by the natural beauty of Colorado. Here are a few things to consider when preparing for the wedding:

Sun Protection

Given the sun's intensity in Colorado, we encourage everyone to apply sunscreen to stay comfortable during the outdoor event.

Footwear

For your comfort and ease of movement on grass and gravel, we suggest ladies consider wearing flats or wedges.

Weather Preparedness

While Colorado is known for its sunny days, afternoon rain showers are a possibility, especially in the summer. These showers typically pass quickly. Rest assured, we have a backup plan in case of rain, and umbrellas will be available at the venue. Please come prepared and remain flexible.
