Yes - any wedding guests who book rooms outside of the provided room blocks (such as Booking. com) will be charged a fee of $165/person to attend.

Please arrive by Saturday morning on April 5th, 2025. The wedding ceremony on the beach will begin at 6pm the same night. However, the room blocks require a min. 3 night stay. You are more than welcome to come earlier or extend your stay between the blocked dates of April 1st to April 8th for a full vacation!

The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask your party to not wear shorts, jeans, flip flops, or the color white.

Of course!! Please bring cash to tip your bartenders :)

Unfortunately we have a strict guest list. Our celebration will be RSVP only via direct invitation. When you type in your name to RSVP, you should be able to select the number/names of guests allowed for your party by personal invite. We appreciate your understanding!

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors on the beach. The cocktail hour and reception afterwards will be held indoors.

After the ceremony, the immediate family and bridal party of the couple will be taking pictures for about an hour. Guests can walk over or take a golf cart to Poseidon Glasshouse, which is also on the Grand Palladium property. Doors open here at 7pm for cocktail hour.

We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a delicious dinner from the 5-star restaurant chefs on site.

Please provide that information when you RSVP by filling out the dietary needs. We want you to enjoy your dinner!

As much as we love photos, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to take that time to be unplugged. For the remainder of the wedding, we encourage guests to capture any moment or post pictures using our wedding hashtag #NeverArchuLetaGo so we can see them, too!

The wedding ends at 11pm. However, there are many clubs and bars within walking distance if you want to keep the party going with us!
