If you cannot make it to Petoskey, don't worry about it! If you're local to Utah, we will be having a 'Clink & Drink' in Salt Lake on April 19th at TF Brewery!

Yes! We will provide shuttles for both the welcome drinks and the wedding day. For the welcome drinks, there will be a shuttle service running from 6:00 - 9:00 PM between the Perry Hotel to Bayfront Park West, as well as the Odawa Hotel/Michigan Inn & Lodge, and Holiday Inn Express to Bayfront Park West. We will also have a shuttle service on the wedding day from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM for folks staying at either the Odawa Hotel/Michigan Inn and Lodge or Holiday Inn Express to get you to and from the Perry.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please be sure you're on time. The last shuttle will depart for the Perry from Odawa Hotel/Michigan Inn & Holiday Inn at 3:30 PM. Please plan to begin shuttling over before the last shuttle since each shuttle can only fit 15 people.

We encourage you all to turn off your phones and cameras and be fully present for our ceremony. Photos from our photographer will be available for everyone.

Welcome drinks are for all of our guests! We will provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is parking available on site at Bayfront Park West or you can walk from the Perry, which takes about 15 minutes. Please be aware that there is a festival happening near by the same day so parking at the park may be limited. We will also provide shuttle service to and from both the Perry Hotel, as well as to & from the Odawa Hotel/Michigan Inn & Lodge, and Holiday Inn. Shuttles will be driving back and forth between 6:00 -9:00 pm. Please note that the restrooms are approximately 5 minutes' walk away from the park (10 minutes round trip). We will have a golf cart available for guests to use to get to the restroom.

We recommend booking your reservation at the Perry Hotel ASAP if you're planning to stay there. The hotel is nearly 100% booked out from June - November. The hotel does offer a 48-hour cancellation policy. There is parking available on site if you're a guest. If you wish to book at the Perry, please call to make a reservation under our names "Emily Clark & Luke Pyper". Check in is at 4 PM.

Not at all! We encourage you to book accommodations on your own that best fit your wants and needs. Please check the travel page for other hotel recommendations, as well as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Please note that shuttles will only be servicing the Perry Hotel, Odawa Hotel, Michigan Inn & Lodge, and Holiday Inn Express. You can always arrange a taxi if needed (taxi info below).

For guests not staying at the Perry Hotel, there is free parking available on site at the hotel. In the event there is no parking available when you arrive, you can street park and pay the meters until 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM parking is free. We don't expect anyone to have to street park. We will also provide shuttle service from the Odawa Hotel, Michigan Inn & Lodge, and Holiday Inn to the Perry from 3:00 - 3:30 PM, and again from 9:00 - 11:00 PM to get you back to your hotels. Shuttles will be running back & forth all evening.

There are NO Ubers or Lyfts available in Petoskey. If needed, you can arrange for a taxi ride. We recommend Able Shuttle (231)-387-3975. You never know what kind of weather to expect in Northern Michigan. Please be prepared for any kind of weather between 60s and rain or 90s and sunny. The wedding & welcome drinks will be at an indoor/outdoor location. If there is inclement weather, rest assured as there is tent coverage.

As much as we love all the kiddos, this is an adults only celebration.

Unless your invitation mentions a guest, we ask that you do not plan on bringing a plus one. Please reach out to Luke or Emily if you have any questions about this.
