Airports
Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport
For folks wanting to drive and to save a bit on flights, we recommend flying into Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). This is about a 4 hour drive to Petoskey.
Pellston Regional Airport
For those who do not want to drive far, we recommend Pellston Regional Airport. This is a small airport and is only about 25 minutes from Petoskey.
Cherry Capital Airport
Traverse City Cherry Capital Airport is another great option. This is about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Petoskey.
Hotels
Staffords Perry Hotel
We have a room block available under our names "Emily Clark & Luke Pyper". We recommend booking ASAP as there is not much lodging available in Petoskey and summer months are very busy. Please call the Perry to book so you can receive the room block rate. This is a beautiful historic property overlooking Little Traverse Bay and is walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc.
Please note that check in as a 4 PM and there is parking for all guests on the property. There is also a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Other Lodging
We certainly understand if you are unable to stay at the Perry Hotel. However, due to the high demand of lodging in Petoskey over Labor Day weekend, we are unable to reserve a hotel block at a reasonable rate. Thus, we are encouraging guests to either book at the Odawa Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, or Michigan Inn and Lodge if you're choosing not to stay at the Perry. Our shuttles will service each of these locations. We highly suggest looking on hotels.com or Expedia to find a discounted rate.
We also encourage folks to book through Airbnb and VRBO if that suites you best. Please note that our shuttles will be unable to service locations outside our suggested hotels.
