Discounted group rate is available based on inventory that remains available. Standard rooms are available with two double beds. Premium rooms have one king bed or two queen beds with a balcony river view. Two types of suites are also available: family suites & whirlpool suites. Whirlpool suites include one king bed & a pullout sofa in a large, spacious room with a whirlpool in either the bedroom or the bathroom. Family suites include a sitting room with a pullout sofa, television and small table; as well as a bedroom with two queen beds. Family suites have a standard bathroom (no whirlpool). All rooms include a refrigerator, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We also offer complimentary WIFI throughout the hotel & banquet center.

Rates are per night for up to four guests in each room; rates are subject to 6% state sales tax and 7% occupancy tax/city assessment.

The Bavarian Inn Lodge will apply a $29.95 daily resort fee to all reservations. This fee allows us to continually make improvements to our guest experience. It also allows us to continually offer many conveniences and included amenities without additional charges.

There is an additional $15 charge (which includes a rollaway) per person for a 5 th or 6 th person in the same room. Rollaway bed charges are $15 per night and cribs are $5 per night.

Reservations can be made by calling our toll free number at 1-855-652-7200 and referencing your group name or number. Your group number is 13J5PK. A credit card guarantee is required at the time a reservation is made at which time it will be charged for the first night’s stay plus tax.

Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance of arrival. Requests for specific room types or room placement are offered on a first come, first served basis. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be accepted only as space and rate availability permit.

Group rooms are not blocked together in the same area of the hotel. If guests would like their rooms together, they must be booked at the same time within the same phone call. The method of payment for each room must be given when the reservation is made.

Cancellation must be made at least seventy-two hours in advance of arrival to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax.

Check-In Time is 3 p.m., and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m. We do not allow pets. Per State of Michigan law, the entire hotel is non-
