On Saturday, June 8th, the day of the wedding, Sister Bay will be hosting the annual goat parade. Head on out to N Bay Shore Drive across from The Dorr Hotel to watch the goats march up and down the avenues. The event ends with the goats taking their place atop the roof of Stabbur Beer Garden at Al Johnson's!
Wonderful place to walk around, hike, relax, and if you're brave enough, swim. Cave Point County Park has remarkable cliffsides and clear blue Lake Michigan water. Check out their kayak or paddle board rentals!
Feed baby goats, pet cows, frolic in the tulips, hike around the nature trails, and see all sorts of farm animals at The Farm. During Charlie's first time in Door County, he set the farm record for hay bails tossed, goats milked, and cows fed. See if you can beat 'em!
Considered Wisconsin's most complete park, Peninsula State Park offers over 460 campsites, three group camps, a summer theater, an 18-hole golf course, sand beach, bike trails, a lighthouse and eight miles of Door County shoreline. The rollicking waves that skip towards Peninsula's sky high bluffs are part of the Niagara Escarpment.
