Due to venue-capacity limits and budget restrictions, we ask that if possible, only those listed on the RSVP portal attend the wedding. However, if you're having a hard time finding childcare, exceptions can be made. Just be sure to speak with Emma about it in advance.

The Petroleum Club is located in the Shreveport Downtown area, where it can be difficult to find free parking. As such, we have arranged for a valet parker to park your car for you at a parking garage located across the street from the venue.

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony start time. Ceremony is 5:00 PM.

We request that during our ceremony phones be put away; however, there will be plenty of opportunities to take photos throughout the event. Emma and Michael would love you to share any photos you take with us!
