Note: All of the departure busses can go to either of the room blocks, and will stop at both hotels if necessary. Don't worry about getting on the wrong bus!

11:00 PM (one bus will be dedicated for the afterparty, remaining busses will go to hotels).

The Norwich Inn

We have a room block here with a variety of room types. This inn is closest to the Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Afterparty.
Shuttles will depart for the ceremony starting at 3:30 PM and run in a loop until 4 PM. (approx. 1 min drive)
Residence Inn by Marriott Hanover Lebanon
We have a room block with king studio or two bedroom queen (great for families) options available. 10 minutes from the Norwich Inn and 25 minutes from the reception venue (shuttle will be provided.) The “website” link below will take you to the group booking link, or call directly and mention the Barsalona group. Update: there are no more discounted rooms available in the block, however there are still other rooms available outside of our group at this hotel.
Shuttles will depart at 3:10 PM and 3:30 PM for the ceremony.
The Lyme Inn
This small country inn is the closest accommodation to the reception venue (Dartmouth Skiway) but a 25 minute drive from the main town of Hanover and the Norwich Inn (location of welcome party, ceremony, afterparty). There is no room block set up but rooms can be reserved through the Inn directly.
Lebanon Municipal Airport
Direct flights available from Westchester County Airport (HPN) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) via Cape Air. This airport is only a 10-15 minute drive to the Norwich Inn and the main town of Hanover, NH. Please note that the flights into this airport are small, commercial planes (10-12 passengers). White River Junction Station
The Amtrak Vermonter train runs from DC through NYC. The closest station is White River Junction, 10 minutes from the main town. Check out the Q+A for more details!
