We met on boats!

First in 2018 aboard NOAA Ship Nancy Foster where Sammy worked as a NOAA Corps Officer and Eric was contracted for a scientific mission to the Caribbean as an ROV Pilot

Then again in 2020 on the NOAA Ship Pisces where Sammy was working with research scientists that contracted Eric still working with the ROV

And finally in 2022 unbeknownst of this future together to either, Sammy joined Eric at the Undersea Vehicles Program conducting ROV operations and their relationship as coworkers eventually evolved to what it is today!
