Our Wedding

<p style="text-align: left;">Erin and Alex are both from Two Rivers, WI. Both had each other’s parents as a teacher, and went to the same church growing up. However, they never officially met until later in life. <br />  Alex graduated and left Two Rivers High School the year Erin began. Alex toured Ireland through a college program and Erin toured the same cities a few years later with her family. Alex then attended UW-Milwaukee and transferred to UW-Green Bay, while Erin started at UW-Milwaukee later on and transferred to Bellin College in Green Bay. Eventually they both ended up in the same little De Pere neighborhood where Alex, unknowingly, would go for runs past Erin’s apartment while she studied to finish her nursing degree. After years of being in the same place at different times, Erin noticed Alex was single online and mustered up the courage to message her “middle school crush.” They agreed to a first date and finally were in the same place at the right time where they realized they were meant to be. The rest, they say, is history. </p>

“Erin and I met once upon a time at Aurora BayCare Medical Center while both working on 2 Neuro. We bonded over the stress of a fast paced acute hospital setting. Then we went from work friends to real life friends! We enjoy baking, reading, and going for walks together. We also enjoy a nice round of Settlers of Catan. We’re always there for one another, supporting each other through tough times and happy times. I’m grateful to be a part of Erin’s life and can’t wait to celebrate her on her wedding day!”

“Erin and I met in the 1st grade when I transferred schools and were placed in the same class. Her and I instantly became close and have been best friends ever since! We bonded over having a little brother, were in middle school band together for 2 years, played soccer and worked as a CNA together in high school, and after high school, would watch as many packer games together as possible.”

“Erin and I met in our first semester of nursing school where we quickly became friends bonding over our many study sessions.  During one of those study sessions, we both realized that we needed roommates for the following year, leading us to live in the one and only Erie St. apartment. We had many laughs and good times there, including trips to Target (even though we needed nothing) and gym runs that ultimately turned into Baskin-Robin runs when the gym was too busy. Soon we graduated from nursing school and began our nursing careers, despite living in separate cities we have stayed close friends and now get to celebrate our new stages in life together.”

“I first met Erin when she began dating my brother, Alex. We bonded over our shared love for reading, and I was drawn to her fun, vibrant personality. Seeing how happy she makes my brother fills me with excitement for their future together. I’m thrilled to welcome Erin into our family and can’t wait to see all the wonderful memories we’ll create together!”

“Alex is my twin bother. We've always been each other's best friend. I loved getting to grow up with him. We participated in soccer, track, and band together, attended our first year of college together at LTC, and lived in Green Bay together for a year. Most of my best memories are the ones we've shared. It's really special to me that we have shared all of our sacraments. We were baptized together, had our first reconciliation and first communion together, and we were confirmed together. He was a witness to my marriage and I am honored to witness his sacrament of marriage.”

“I am one of Alex’s best friends since elementary school. We enjoy lots of laughs over music, craft beers, and the Packers. It was great to see Alex and Erin’s relationship grow while we all lived together in Green Bay.”

“Alex and I met in middle school. We bonded quickly over a love of the Beatles. Music has always been a core part of our friendship, from playing in the school band together to rocking out in his parents' basement and playing at school talent shows. I owe a lot of my musical preferences today to bands that Alex has showed me. We still share new music we find with each other to this day.”

“Erin is my big sister. Her and I have been a part of each other’s lives since the very beginning. Whether it was me killing spiders in her room or her teaching me how to tie my shoes. I am excited to see her through this next stage in her life and add Alex to our family. She will always be my (little) big sister that I look up to.”
