“What does the timeline look like for the big day?”
The ceremony will start at 1pm at St Mary’s Catholic Church. The patio bar at Hamlet Creek will be open around 2pm. Appetizers be will served shortly after. Seating for dinner will start around 4:30, with dinner to follow.

“Is parking available at the church and venue?”
Yes, there will be onsite parking at both the church and venue.
“What food options will be available at the venue for dinner?”
We will be having appetizers with drinks before dinner that include: cheese, sausage and cracker tray, fruit tray, and vegetable tray. Dinner will include: a dinner buffet of breaded chicken cutlet, and tenderloin tips. Sides will include: roasted garlic mashed potatoes, buttered baby carrots, green beans, and assorted dinner rolls with butter. Dessert will include: kneecaps. If you are in need of a gluten free plate, please let the bride/groom know as soon as possible.
“What hotel options are available?”
If you so choose, we have rented a block of rooms at AmericInn by Wyndham Green Bay East. If you would like to rent a room, please call 920-964-0177 and ask to rent a room in the “Gleichner/Slattery block for the June 27th, 2025 wedding”. If there are no rooms available at the time of your call, please let Erin know via text/phone call at 920-973-3242 and more can be added.

“Will there be an open bar or cash bar?”
There will be free non-alcoholic beverages all night long and a cash bar for all alcoholic beverages.
“What is the dress code?”
We ask everyone to dress in summer cocktail attire. This can include summer dresses, nice rompers/jumpsuits, button ups, khakis, dress pants, etc. We ask that you refrain from things like jeans and t-shirts, for example. The wedding and venue will be held indoors, but there will be an option to have drinks on the outdoor patio at the venue if desired.
“Are phones and cameras approved?”
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. During the wedding, we ask that you refrain from using phones and cameras as we are paying professionals to capture the moment for us. Once the ceremony has ended, everyone is free to use their technology again.
“Are kids able to come?”
Yes, kids are welcome! We just kindly ask if they start to get fussy, please bring them to a quieter spot for the time being. Hearing protection is recommended if children/infants plan to stick around for dancing.
