3:30 PM please arrive at venue. You will be greeted inside and escorted down to the Ceremony site. Restrooms are inside. Outdoor Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.

If there is rain, snow, or other weather that does not allow for outdoor ceremony then the ceremony will be in the small ballroom.

There is a large parking lot where you can park overnight; however, your car must be removed by 10AM the next day. The lot is not paved and the walk to the ceremony site is gravel, so please plan your shoes accordingly. Ushers will guide you to your seat.

You will make your way to the bright soirée spaces of Equestria West including the Courtyard (weather permitting), front hall, bar, and Main Ballroom.

Appetizers will be served and we hope you will enjoy the hosted bar.

Reception will include a Plated dinner. Dancing to follow with a DJ. Reception will conclude at 12AM. There will be Shuttles at 11:00PM, 11:30, and 12:00 that will be guests for free back to the hotel. Please see "Places to Stay" page for accommodation recommendations.
