June 25th 2021, They decided they only wanted to date each other (they made it official!) at The Drive In in Lake Elmo and....&nbsp;

Ceremony

3:30 PM please arrive at venue. You will be greeted inside and escorted down to the Ceremony site. Restrooms are inside. Outdoor Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. If there is rain, snow, or other weather that does not allow for outdoor ceremony then the ceremony will be in the small ballroom. There is a large parking lot where you can park overnight; however, your car must be removed by 10AM the next day. The lot is not paved and the walk to the ceremony site is gravel, so please plan your shoes accordingly. Ushers will guide you to your seat.

Cocktail Hour

You will make your way to the bright soirée spaces of Equestria West including the Courtyard (weather permitting), front hall, bar, and Main Ballroom. Appetizers will be served and we hope you will enjoy the hosted bar.

Reception

Reception will include a Plated dinner. Dancing to follow with a DJ. Reception will conclude at 12AM. There will be Shuttles at 11:00PM, 11:30, and 12:00 that will be guests for free back to the hotel. Please see "Places to Stay" page for accommodation recommendations.

Event Agenda

After turning off Bavaria Road, follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for the "Anna &amp; Ethan" and the brown ‘Equestria West: Event Parking’ sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot. Guests may use the circle drive at the front of the venue for drop-offs, including handicap-accessible parking spaces for those in need. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the brown directional signage!"

Hotel Shuttle:If you booked a room at Holiday Inn Express &amp; Suites in Shakopee, there is a free Shuttle that will 3 trips to the venue before the Ceremony and 3 trips back to the hotel at the conclusion of the reception.&nbsp; Uber/Ride Share/Taxi'sPlease be aware that this venue may not have many drivers nearby &amp; plan accordingly.&nbsp;

Shuttle Bus Information

Pick Up Times from Hotel to Venue:3PM - Large 44 person bus leaves3:15 - Small 11 person hotel shuttle leaves (we hope this shuttle is not utilized as it will arrive right before the ceremony start time). You may check in Early (even as early as 11AM); however the hotel would appreciate a call with your ETA on the morning of Saturday October 25th. Call: 952-445-2244 They believe they can accommodate most early check ins, but it is first come first serve.
