What is the Dress Code?
- Semi-formal -
Dresses, Jumpsuits, Suits, dress pants, dress shirts, button down shirts are encouraged!
Please, do not wear jeans or white dresses.
Do I get to bring a "Plus one"?
Unless indicated on your invitation, please do not bring a "Plus one". RSVP form will ask you for each person's name who will be in attendance.
Are kids welcome?
Unless your child's name is on the invitation, please make other arrangements for their care that evening.
Should I bring a coat to the Ceremony?
Yes, you might be chilly! There is a coat rack/room inside the venue and plenty of space at reception tables for coats.
I bring my concealed weapon everywhere, can I bring it to your wedding?
No. Possession of firearms and weapons is prohibited on the Equestria West property.
Should I bring my Dancing Shoes?!
Yes, shoes must always be worn on the dance floor. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will most likely be outdoors.

How do I get to Your Wedding?
The address is
3913 Bavaria Rd, Chaska MN 55318
Equestria West will be the first building you see in the left hand of the driveway.
After turning off Bavaria Road, follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for the "Anna & Ethan" and the brown ‘Equestria West: Event Parking’ sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot. Guests may use the circle drive at the front of the venue for drop-offs, including handicap-accessible parking spaces for those in need.
A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the brown directional signage!"
Hotel Shuttle:
If you booked a room at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Shakopee, there is a free Shuttle that will 3 trips to the venue before the Ceremony and 3 trips back to the hotel at the conclusion of the reception.
Uber/Ride Share/Taxi's
Please be aware that this venue may not have many drivers nearby & plan accordingly.
Is there overnight Parking?
Yes, however cars must be removed by 10AM on 10/26.
How can I utilize the Shuttle Service
There is a free shuttle that will be dropping guests before the ceremony from the Holiday Inn Express in Shakopee and picking guests up 3 times going back to the hotel at the end of the reception. Shuttle times might be added as more/less guests indicate they plan to use the shuttle -- You will be asked this on the online RSVP form.

Will there be an Cash Bar?
Ethan, Anna, & their parents will graciously host an open bar during cocktail hour with a cash bar to follow.
