1. Meadow Loop and Ridge Trail, Colorado - 3,914 Reviews, Map | AllTrails

Easier hike with great views of lake Dillon! Lots of lookout spots for photos.

2. Ptarmigan Trail, Colorado - 2,705 Reviews, Map | AllTrails

More difficult hike, great views, but limited parking! Do NOT park on the side of the road or you will get a ticket. If no parking is available shuttle information can be found on all trails.

One of our favorite local spots! Perfect for a cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich or an afternoon soft pretzel and beer. Using a homemade espresso liquor, Steep makes an excellent espresso martini.
