We picked this date to try and avoid overlap with semester start dates, so we hope that there are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs available for the weekend of the 3rd.

Ithaca can be a bit difficult to fly into directly, but it’s very nearby to the reception location! Another nearby airport is Syracuse, which is about an hour’s drive away (rental cars and rideshares are available).

We also likely have some people who will be flying into a NYC airport earlier in the week to stay there for a few days. From NYC, it’s about a 4 hour drive, and there are multiple bus companies that go to Ithaca.

We really encourage people to check flights and rooms as early as possible, as they can vary in price and availability, especially as the date gets closer.
