Friday Harbor House is a wonderful hotel in downtown Friday Harbor just 6 minutes (driving) from our wedding venue (Saltwater Farm). There are 23, 2-night stay rooms available in the hotel block that vary from $379-$529/night. The cutoff date for accepting reservations for the hotel block is July 4, 2024. In order to book, please call the hotel directly (360-378-8455), press "0" on the phone tree to bypass the central reservations team, and give them the block code (Felicia Mckenzie) to identify that you are part of the wedding group. If you prefer to stay only 1-night please book directly through the website.

The Island Inn is in the heart of Friday Harbor, WA and just steps from the Washington State Ferry terminal. They offer Euros (small hotel rooms), Suites (standard size hotel rooms) and Penthouses (rooms with 1-2 bedrooms) with more room.

Earthbox Inn & Spa is located in downtown Friday Harbor just 4 blocks away from the ferry terminal. This hotel offers queen, king and rooms with kitchenettes. It's also dog friendly. There are no room blocks available; it's a first-come first-serve basis, however, if +10 rooms are booked, Earthbox will apply a 10% discount (not before, not valid with any other discounts or specials or on third party bookings like Expedia or Booking.com). Call the number above and share the block code to book. 2-night stay minimum.

Bird Rock Hotel offers 15 unique rooms in downtown Friday Harbor just 3 blocks away from the ferry terminal. This is the sister hotel to Earthbox Inn & Spa and has queen, king and rooms with kitchenettes. There are no room blocks available; it's a first-come, first-serve basis.

We have about 12-15 tent spots in the camping area, and campers may access the two heated outdoor showers and potable water faucet at the nearby pumphouse, and two restrooms at the Barn. Please note that parking for all camping guests is at the Event Parking lot. The Campsite itself is walk-in only. Campers with vans or RVs up to 20’ in length may park in the Event Parking Lot overnight and have access to these same facilities. There are no RV hookups, and no generators are allowed. The Airstreams are located on the northwestern slope of a ridge with beautiful filtered forest views of San Juan Valley. Each is fully equipped with a kitchenette (microwave, fridge/freezer, cook top, and sink), bathroom w/ shower, AC/Heat, and cozy living area. They are nestled into the hillside with enough separation for privacy while still allowing a communal experience for groups of guests booking together.

These units are carefully placed on neighboring property outside the exclusive Saltwater Farm Event and Lodging Venues -- with enough separation to protect the privacy of your event, yet close enough to allow an easy walk for any of your guests who wish to book! You and your guests will have first access to book these units until 4 months before your event. After this time, any units you choose not to book will be released for general booking, and those guests will not have access to Saltwater Farm Event and Lodging Properties. Two Night Minimum for all Airstreams. No Dogs Please.
