The welcome party has been moved to The Rathskeller! We hope if you're traveling and staying the night in Indianapolis on 4/5/24 you'll be able to stop by!

There is a solar eclipse occurring on April 8th 2024 and Indianapolis is right in the line of totality so the city is very hype to celebrate and expecting quite a crowd! Our room block is going to be one of the cheapest rates in the city that weekend at $209. There is availability for Friday April 5th and Saturday April 6th but once it's sold out they cannot offer any more rooms unfortunately. Please book your rooms as soon as you know you can attend! If it's sold out we recommend widening the radius for your hotel search or finding some other guests to share an AirBnB or VRBO **As of 2/19/2024 the $209 rate has been sold out. I was able to snag a few more rooms for Friday and Saturday night for a new negotiated rate of $399. If you're having trouble finding lodging please reach out to Felicia! If there are enough people we may be able to negotiate another block from a different hotel at a comparable price.
