Conrad Indianapolis
The Conrad Indianapolis is where the cocktail hour will be held, and is connected to the Arts Garden, where the reception will take place. We have a room block here under the code WEW for the dates April 5-April 7 if you wish to stay here for a convenient and comfortable accommodation for our wedding.
*There was a previous link to The Conrad through hotel planner that did not apply the discount. If you booked a room and did not get the discounted rate of $209/night please cancel your reservation and rebook with the corrected link below. It should take you directly to The Conrad website where you can input the WEW discount code. If you are having trouble please reach out to Felicia (or reach out to David to tell Felicia) and she will handle it!
Please book your rooms as soon as you know you are able to attend. We were able to snag a few more rooms at The Conrad but due to the solar eclipse on April 8th 2024 the entire city will be very busy April 5th - April 8th. Indianapolis is in the line of totality and the city is pulling out all the stops!
If the room block is sold out, we recommend widening your radius there are a few hotels that are still reasonably priced or sharing an AirBnB/VRBO with other guests.
**As of 2/19/2024 the $209 rate room block is sold out. However, I was able to snag a few more rooms at a new rate of $399 for Friday and Saturday night. If you are having trouble finding lodging please let Felicia know. If there are enough people we may be able to negotiate another room block at an adjacent hotel.
