Use this Xcaret Arte Wixh List to book any dinner reservations, spa reservations or excursions. For the confirmation number, please include your Individual Funjet Reservation confirmation number (the one on their invoices from LTB) in the Confirmation Number square.

Upon completion, email your Wixh List to the Guest Service department at hxagservice@hotelxcaret.com. Alternatively, you can visit Guest Services upon arrival to request reservations or email hxagservice@hotelxcaret.com directly.

Keep in mind, there is a missed reservation fee of $25 per person.

As part of staying as a guest of Hotel Xcaret Arte, you get exclusive access to the Xcaret Park. Some parks require a reservation in advance:

- XPLOR - Glide by the tallest zip-lines in Riviera Maya on a great adventure. Swim or paddle a raft through rivers below the surface, drive an amphibious vehicle, and take an unparalleled underground expedition.

- XENSES / XENSES NIGHT - A gigantic pinwheel welcomes you to Xenses at night, a park outside of the ordinary where the imagination has no limits.

Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

- XAVAGE - Take an adventure with six original activities that only can be found at Xavage. From driving a Monster Truck by a circuit full of obstacles to paddle a raft on whitewater rapids. Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (requires reservations)

- XEL-HA - Visit a natural wonder of the Riviera Maya where you can float by a river that flows into an enormous inlet, besides having unlimited snorkel, food, and beverages.

Monday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (requires reservations)

- XENOTES - Get surrounded by nature on an exclusive tour for reduced groups. Discover four beautiful cenotes and have different activities on each one, such as assisted rappel, zip-lines, or kayak.

Monday to Sunday transportation from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (requires reservations)

- XPLOR FUEGO - When the night falls, the torches light up at Xplor Fuego for an adventure amid the jungle, flying above the treetops on a zip-line, and descending to caves and underground rivers.

Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (requires reservations)

- XOXIMILCO - The best Mexican party in Cancun is waiting for you. Tour on a Mexican gondola by the park’s canals while dancing to live music, making new friends, and enjoying a traditional dinner and open bar.

Monday to Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (requires reservations)

The ferry to Isla Mujeres is included. Board modern vessels that take you to discover this beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea. Round trip transportation to El Embarcadero Isla Mujeres by Xcaret in Cancun's Hotel Zone is included.

If you get sea sick: I recommend using a motion sickness patch or bringing advil for the boat ride.

Hotel Xcaret Arte offers shows and workshops in the day time and evenings if you reference the room calendar; these will not be available prior to arriving to the resort. There are 5 workshops with exclusive artistic activities: dancing, pottery, weaving, painting and literature.

Hotel Xcaret has several pools and bars around the resort, so feel free to explore at your own pace!
