We kindly encourage everyone to RSVP as soon as possible! However, the last day that we will be able to accept RSVP's will be September 13th, 2024, due to needing to send a final headcount to our vendors and coordinators.

RSVP's can be simply submitted through the formal Greenvelope wedding invitations that we will send via email/SMS. Upon opening the virtual invitations, you will be guided to submit whether you or anyone else's names that appears on the invitations will be attending/not attending, followed by the meal option of choice for the dinner, and any dietary restrictions that we should be aware of. If your invitation states "and Guest", then you will have the option to enter your guests name and their meal preference as well.

Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be listed on your wedding invitation and/or appear as "and Guest" when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep it intimate to celebrate with our friends and family. Thank you for your understanding!

As much as we love and appreciate kiddos, we have decided to make our wedding ceremony/reception an adult-only event. Parents, it will be a great opportunity to have a date night!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Camino Real Ranch, just about half an hour out from Austin. The ceremony will be held in the greenhouse, cocktail hour will be held in the courtyard, and reception will end in the greenhouse as well.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM CST. Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to assure parking and seating. Doors will open earliest at 3:30PM CST, where you will be greeted with welcome champagne, photo opportunities, and a welcome table that will be displayed with our guestbook and a cards/gifts section.

The venue provides a parking lot that can hold up to 60 vehicles, which will be plenty for the overall guest count. The venue is located directly off of Highway 21, which means their entrance can be easy to miss! Be on the lookout for their Camino white flag posted on their fence signaling the venue turn in.

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire (cocktail attire) for our wedding.

Unfortunately, we will not be providing a shuttle transportation system for our wedding. Therefore, we recommend that you have a designated driver, or you can pre-schedule a lyft/uber ride! If you choose to arrange a pre-scheduled lyft/uber ride, we recommend doing so prior to the wedding to avoid waiting a long wait time. Guests are welcome to leave their cars in the venue parking lot overnight so long as they are picked up before 10AM CST the next morning.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we have a registry linked to Amazon and Target on the "registry" tab above. If you wish to send us cash as a wedding gift, we have a cash fund (Venmo) listed in the registry tab above as well. We will also have a card box, gift section, and a honeymoon fund sign on our welcome table as you enter on our wedding day. We thank you all so much!

Our wedding reception will end approximately by 9:00PM CST. Last dance for guests will be at 8:50PM CST, and guests will then be directed to the front for the newlyweds send off with a sparkler exit!

Yes! There will be a post-wedding no host farewell brunch at Cosmic Pickle (121 Pickle Rd, Austin, TX 78704). We will be hanging out for a casual brunch as newlyweds the morning (October 14th @ 11:30AM CST Monday) following the wedding. Any guests are welcomed to swing by anytime and say hi before heading out of town!
