Can I bring a date or guest?

We would love to share our special day with all of the people we know and love. However, our venue has limited space and won’t be able to accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be addressed to “(your name) and guest” if a plus one has been included.

Can I bring my children?

Although we love all the children who are a part of our lives, we have decided to make this an adults only event due to the nature of our venue.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code will be cocktail attire. Our bridesmaids will be wearing light purple dresses so we kindly ask that you avoid this color. Fun colors and floral prints are encouraged! For the guys or girls who want to wear pants, you’ll be just fine with or without a suit jacket - it’s up to you.

When is the deadline to RSVP?

We kindly ask that you get your RSVP back to us no later than April 18. If we don’t hear from you by then we will assume that you are unable to make it.

Will there be a bar?

We have decided we want to celebrate this special event with our loved ones without alcohol. There are several local bars in the area for anyone who would like to continue the party following the reception.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of on street parking in the area, and the reception venue is within walking distance of the church. St. Mary’s also has a parking lot on the north side of the building. Please keep in mind there is Saturday evening mass later in the day so we ask that you please not leave your car in this lot if you choose to park there for the ceremony. There is additional on-street parking closer to La Fille and across the street at Lansing Center.

I’m not Catholic; can I still come to the ceremony?

Of course! We would love for all of our guests to come join in our wedding ceremony no matter your religious affiliation. This will be a full Catholic mass so those who are not members of the Catholic Church won’t be able to receive communion, but we still hope you will choose to join us.
