We will be tying the knot in a small, private ceremony surrounded by our closest friends and family in Winterset, Iowa. Our ceremony will take place at Iris Aisle, an intimate greenhouse wedding venue just outside of Des Moines, in the heart of a cedar tree grove and surrounded by nature. We look forward to celebrating our marriage with our Colorado friends and family on July 11th at a reception party in Englewood, Colorado.

Attire: Backyard Wedding/Cocktail attire. No blue jeans please! Our colors are blue/green/brown (nature colors). Stuck on what to wear? Below is a look at our wedding that may help you.

Shoes: Iris Aisle is in the country, so we highly recommend bringing appropriate shoes! We plan to utilize the outdoor areas, (whether depending) and we want you to be comfortable. Wide heels or sneakers/boots will best serve you for exploring the property!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Our ceremony is at 5PM. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes in advance.

What is the parking situation?

Iris Aisle venue has limited parking (around 30 spaces). Please carpool if able.

Are children allowed?

To our June wedding: Yes, as long as their names were listed on the invitation! To our July Colorado celebration: Yes.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

We ask that you do not bring a plus one to our June ceremony unless included on your invitation or without reaching out first. You are welcome to bring a plus one to our July Colorado celebration.
