We’re thrilled to invite you to join us in celebrating our wedding with us at Finest Resort in Punta Cana! To help make your travel planning easier, we’ve arranged a couple of options for booking your accommodations.
Option 1: Book With Our Travel Agent
Dan’s sister, Shannon Fiocco, is our dedicated travel agent and she would be delighted to help you with all your travel needs for our wedding. Just mention that you are reaching out for the “Wedding of Dan & Hailey" to access our special rates and group perks reserved for our guests. Shannon will make sure everything is taken care of as you join us in Punta Cana! There is no fee for this option.
Option 2: Book Independently
Prefer to handle your own arrangements? You’re welcome to book directly with the resort. Reserve lodging at the Finest Resort in Punta Cana, where we are getting married and have secured a negotiated group rate just for our guests. Instructions to book direct are as follows:
1. Go to: http://www.finestresorts.com
2. The Booking Engine is at the bottom of the page. Select the following details:
- Destination: Finest Resort Punta Cana
- Your Check-in and Check-out dates
- Number of guests
- Promo Code: Enter code HFWOCT25FPC to access special group rates
3. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY”
4. Confirm Promo Code – Ensure you see the message, “Promotional code applied.”
5. Select the add button on your room of choice, then the continue button.
6. Add Promo Code Again – Please re-enter the promo code HFWOCT25FPC in the comments box to confirm your booking as part of the group.
7. Complete Your Booking – And you're all set!
Keep in Mind:
You will need to secure your own airfare to and from the Punta Cana airport on your desired dates.
The promo code is not applicable to the “Non-Refundable Rate” option.
The promo code is not applicable to the “Suite + Flight” option.
Important Booking Notes
- Promo Code Validity – This promo code is for new bookings only and expires on August 8, 2025. After this date, any booking or changes made (like occupancy, travel dates, room type) will no longer receive the promotional rate.
- Booking Requirements – If you already have a refundable room booked without the promo code, it must be canceled, and a new reservation must be booked under the promo code to count towards our group. We do receive group concessions based on the number of rooms booked under the promo code, so please ensure that it is applied when checking out.
- Room Availability – There is no room block; availability is subject to change, so we recommend booking as soon as possible for your desired room type, as there is no guarantee that you will be able to secure your desired room later.
- Minimum Length of Stay – A 3-night minimum stay does apply.
- Modifications – Any changes to existing bookings after a confirmation invoice has been issued, must be made by the person who made the booking. This can be done by calling the resort’s contact center directly toll free at +1(866) 211-6223.
- Cancellations – For cancellations of bookings (with promo code) received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure.
- Payments – No deposit is required. All the reservations booked under the promo code will be charged in full thirty (30) days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking process. No partial payments are allowed. Please plan accordingly.
- Transportation – Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation (all guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time); vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfer’s policies. Service is to and from Punta Cana International Airport and Finest Punta Cana Resort. Transportation Service must be scheduled by the guest if booking directly through Seasons Tours at:
Travel Requirements: A valid passport is required to travel to Punta Cana, DR. It must be valid for at least 6 months past the return date listed on your flight tickets. You will also need to fill out a brief entry form prior to travel. Links can be found below.
