That depends! The venue is on the outskirts of Medford as you head towards Jacksonville. Jacksonville is the closest town to the venue (less than 10 min). It is a sleepy, yet adorable town with boutiques and restaurants to explore. It is a very walkable town and there are many top wineries in this area to explore. Ashland is our favorite place to explore with trails, parks, amazing food and drinks, but it is about a 25 minute drive from the venue. There are multiple hotels and Bed and Breakfast options in Ashland. Medford is another option which will be a larger, more commercialized city. There are multiple hotel options that may be a little more affordable. Medford is about 10-15 minutes away from the venue depending on where you stay. Please see the travel tab for more information on places to stay. And don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

The events will be held outdoors on a grassy lawn. There will be partial shade so make sure to bring sunglasses and sunscreen! It can cool off in the evenings so you may want to bring an additional layer for the evening.

Medford International Airport (MFR) is the only airport in this area. Direction and a link to the airport can be found at the bottom of the travel tab. Uber and local taxi services are available for pick up and drop offs as well as car rentals.

Yes! For those guests that can come early, there will be a rafting adventure Thursday evening (6/12) on the Rogue River and a welcome Picnic at Lithia Park in Ashland on Friday (6/13). Please see the home page for more details on each event. We hope folks can come early so we can spend as much time as possible with friends and family!

Unfortunately we have a limited number of guests at the ceremony/reception so we would appreciate it if parents can find babysitters for the evening. If for some reason this is not an option and bringing your child is the difference of you going or not, please reach out to us and we will find a solution whether that be finding a trusted, local babysitter or allowing them to join in the festivities. Please allow enough time in advance for these situations. Thank you for your understanding!
