There are also golf carts to assist with transportation. If you require accessible accommodations please contact and bride and groom so that they can confirm with the resort in advance.

On site accommodations are limited and require a 2 night minimum stay. This venue is hosting a wedding on Friday and Sunday as well, so unfortunately we can not guarantee there will be on-site accommodations available. If you do not plan to stay on site, or if you only plan to stay for 1 night, we recommend reserving a room at the Best Western in Killington. We have a hotel room block with an associated 15% discount, please see our "Travel and Accommodations" tab. We will have a shuttle to/from that hotel to the venue.

If you choose to stay on-site you will be within walking distance to all of the events. If you choose to stay at the Best Western in Killington, VT there will be a shuttle available to take to/from the ceremony and after party; shuttle schedule available under "travel and accommodations" tab. If you choose to stay at a different hotel in Killington, VT you will likely need to drive your own car about 25 minutes to and from the venue. Ubers are a possibility in the area, but not a guarantee.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available on site.

Average temperature for the area in September is a high of 70 degrees and a low of 50 degrees.

The welcome party will be inside and outside, weather permitting. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception and after party will be inside.

The welcome party: casual. The ceremony/reception: black tie optional. After party: whatever you want!

Children of immediate family only will be invited to our primarily adult-only event. If there are extenuating circumstances due to travel please contact the bride and groom. There are babysitting services in the area that could assist with childcare during the ceremony and reception.

Yes, there is a pool on site available to those staying at the resort.

We will not be able to announce our full menu until our tasting in April, but don't worry we have plenty of experience with gluten free, dairy free, peanut allergies and vegetarian options thanks to some of our very close friends and family. We will ask for your specific dietary restrictions on the formal invitation and we will be sure to have delicious food for everyone.

We're embarrassed you had to ask..... of course there will!

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive on site by 4:00pm and plan to be at the Knoll no later than 4:15pm. If you are planning to arrive via shuttle from the Best Wester, it is planning to depart at 3:45pm. The schedule will be posted here and at the front desk of the hotel once it is finalized.

The reception will end in the reception barn at 11:00pm and guests will be invited to join us for the on-site after party which will begin at the tavern 11:00pm and end at 2:00am.

We do ask that you refrain from taking pictures and using your phone during the ceremony. Otherwise, please take all the photos you want (as long as we look good in them)!
