We have a shuttle for guests with two pickup locations in town. Please RSVP if you plan on taking a shuttle so we can coordinate. If you'd like to drive yourself, use a rideshare, or be dropped off, please feel free to do so. We will have the shuttle taking folks back to town starting at 9:15 and will announce when subsequent shuttles will head back to town. We should have plenty of room to get everyone back that needs a ride. For those that arrive early, there will be drinks, lawn games, and music leading up to the ceremony.

Summertime in Bozeman can be a bit crazy, so we highly recommend reserving lodging early and soon. Here are some pointers and suggestions:

Vacation rentals - There are many in Bozeman and the surrounding area, a nice option for families or those that want a larger living space. This could also be a cheaper option if splitting the cost with others.

Note: Rental companies do not understand the geography of Bozeman and the surrounding areas. Rentals in Big Sky or Livingston will include driving up a canyon or over a pass, respectively. There will not be rideshares or taxis if you are over 30 minutes away from Bozeman. Know that you will need a vehicle if you plan to stay that far away.

Camping - For those adventurous types, there is camping around Bozeman. However, these would be at least a half hour or more away. Definitely an option for those that want this kind of experience, but we encourage folks to consider if they will be drinking and want to ensure everyone's safety getting home.

Note: Reservations (recreation.gov) have already opened so act quickly if this is your choice. There are also a couple KOAs in the area.

Hotels - There are two hotel options with discounted room rates below. The shuttle will pick up from the Grantree and a park near the Marriott.

Note: We do not have traditional hotel room blocks, and there will not be rooms set aside for guests so please book early.
