We'll be providing a shuttle picking up from downtown Salida (Riverside park) and the Hampton Inn on 50. This shuttle will leave at 320 from the park and 340 from the Hampton Inn.
The shuttle will bring you right to the Barn, and we'll have the shuttles running every 30 minutes beginning at 7 with the last shuttle leaving at 10.
Parking at the Barn
Parking is not available at the Barn unfortunately. If this is a challenge for you, please let us know and we'll help accomodate.
Wedding Venue and Weather
The ceremony will take place outside, pending good weather. The reception will take place inside the barn.
Weather in Colorado can be very unpredictable, but we expect sunshine and 60s while the sun is out. The temperature will quickly drop as the sun goes down, and likely be chilly be the time we leave! Hanna says the key is layers
What to Wear
Garden Cocktail. If you're like us and don't know what that means, it's somewhere between festive and cocktail attire.
The ceremony will be in a field, so be mindful of shoes. We care most about you being there and being comfortable, so wear what feels right.

Dietary Restrictions
We'll be having hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a sit down dinner.
Our caterer is very accommodating. When selecting your plated meals please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we'll pass this information on to the caterer.
Bar
We'll have an open bar with a number of cocktail, beer, and wine options.
The Wedding Day
The ceremony will begin around 430, and with our shuttles we'll have folks arriving right around 410-415.
After the ceremony we'll have cocktail hour, followed by dinner.
From there don't forget your dancing shoes as we'll be celebrating until 10 in the barn.

Kids at the Wedding
Your kids are welcome to join for as much of the evening as you'd like. One thing to keep in mind is there won't be parking at the venue, so departures before 7, when the first shuttle back begins will be difficult.
There will be a space at the venue that can be used for sleeping children. For coordinating babysitters, please feel free to reach out to Ashley Wagner (Hanna's sister and mom of a 1 and 2 year old) at amwagner23@gmail.com for either babysitters at the venue or in town.
