Hannah and I actually met back in 2002 when we were in first grade and we ended up in some classrooms together throughout elementary school. It wasn't until seventh grade that Hannah and I began our lifelong friendship. From then on, and shortly after with Alana joining, we basically did everything together from running to baking, staying up until the early hours of the morning and making videos with random filters using the Cobles' mac in the kitchen. The three of us became inseparable throughout middle school and high school and have remained close ever since. I feel extremely fortunate to have such amazing close friends and couldn't imagine doing life with anyone other than my fellow 'squirrels'.

Flashback to '08-09, Hannah and I attended a cheer camp... We were supposed to bring lunch, but I had missed the memo. Hannah shared her sandwich with me! I think we mostly bonded over being the black sheep of all the other campers, but the sandwich definitely helped. We've been friends ever since!

Hannah and I may have spent our first semester of college avoiding each other. That all changed one night when we jumped in a fountain together and realized our antics complimented each other like wine and cheese. Coincidentally, that was mostly what we lived on Junior and Senior years as roommates. Between constant harassing (from me) and sleep eating Gollum style (Hannah) we’ve seen each other through it all. As Hannah’s roommate I was lucky to be around the beginning of Hannah and Michael’s relationship when they were “just having lunch alone” in Lowry. This relationship has thankfully grown from the dining hall days and I am so honored to be by their side on their big day.

I met Hannah on move in day, freshman year of college. We lived across the hall from each other and that’s where all our antics began. We went from neighbors, to going to our first college parties together, to traveling to the Caribbean, to eventually becoming sorority sisters and making countless memories over the years. I’d choose a favorite memory to highlight but there’s way too many to choose from. I’ve been so happy to watch Hannah and Michael’s relationship develop from the very beginning and so excited to be a part of this day!

Hi everyone, I’m Bekah, Hannah’s older sister. Like any older sister, I spent most of our childhood trying to care for Hannah because I, obviously, know best. Hannah and I had our fair share of sister fights growing up; normally because she stole some of my cutest outfits. However, once our clothes were no longer under the same roof, she and I grew to be friends as well as sisters. While she may not need me to care for her anymore, I’m glad she has found that and more in Michael, who I’m lucky to call my brother.

I met Hannah our freshman year of college. She lived across the hall from me and seemed to be the same brand of (slightly) weird that I was, so of course we instantly became fast friends. Everyone told me the friends you make your freshman year won’t last, but clearly that’s nonsense, because here we are almost a decade later! So thank you to the random employee who assigned freshman housing for giving me one of favorite people in the world!

I met Hannah through our college class Facebook page during the summer before college. It wasn’t an immediate connection, because Hannah was friendly with everyone and I didn’t want to be a bother, but we added each other on Snapchat and honestly, the rest is history. I have countless memories with Hannah that I can’t even begin to recount because it would take up entire paragraphs. From pulling all-nighters to finish our junior thesis to giving pep talks to betta fish, I’m so happy that Hannah is one of my best friends. And watching her and Michael’s love blossom through the years has made me so happy. I’m so excited to be a part of their special day!

I’m Gio and I’m Hannah and Michael’s nephew. I love my Aunt Hannah and Uncle Michael, but I especially love when they cuddle me, sing to me, and read me the nice books they buy me. Currently you can find me watching the ceiling fans in my house and refusing to nap, but who knows what I’ll be into by May! I can’t wait for my Gma to probably give me cake and then to party til someone makes me go to bed.

In the early days of Freshman year, I found myself confined to the basement of my college dormitory. Struggling to connect with my fellow basement dwellers, I made a bold move and ventured to the top floor. There, I was warmly greeted by Michael, a friendly and outgoing soul, and a few others who had also sought refuge from the basement. Little did I know then that this chance encounter would evolve into an unbreakable bond of friendship. Through a shared love of video game and ultimate frisbee, countless nonsensical conversations and debaucherous late-nights, Michael became more than just a friend; he became a trusted companion, navigating the ups and downs of college and life with me.

Freshman year, move in day: I arrived to school early and was lucky enough to eat at the world famous Mom's just before they closed for the day. Because i was their final customer that day, they gave me a platter of brownies. A timid freshman eager to make friends, I proceeded to wander the dorm halls offering these brownies to everyone I met. These offers were rebuffed, in large part due to the parents, who were still present, warning their children not to accept brownies from strangers. When I entered Michael's room, however, i was greeted warmly and my offer of a brownie was eagerly accepted. From that day on, i had a friend who was always gracious, quick to laugh, happy to meet new people, and a deep appreciator of baked goods.

I’m not sure when Mike and I first met, but it must have been that first week of college, and it must have been on Andrews’ third floor. I picture myself nervous, awkward, and with orthodontic headgear, although I never wore such a thing. I picture Mike the same, but with a beaming smile. We of Andrews’ third floor figured it out together. In those days, Mike was ready to take it all in. Saying yes to extracurriculars, prospies, new friends, and Taco Bell at 1 am. Flash forward, and I see the greatest realization of this person: More confident, more earnest, and more caring. This is what I see in Mike now, and what I know he will bring to his marriage. From those early college days filled with youthful enthusiasm to this beautiful occasion, I'm excited to continue to celebrate Mike as he embarks on this next stage of life.

Michael and I met at the College of Wooster through ultimate frisbee. Sharing a field and attending weekend-long tournaments eventually lead to a finding a shared friend group in sophomore year. Through the next few years of college we were able to make so many fond memories at Fun Frisbee Fridays, in the library, or all cramped in a friend's room for movie marathons. There's hardly a memory of mine from this time that does not include Michael. Michael has always been one of the most considerate and supportive people and I am so lucky to get to continue to make lasting memories with him and Hannah in Minneapolis!

Izzy met Michael (Dad) at Wooster in the New Testament class taught by the wonderful Dr. Park. Izzy distinctly remembers one day Michael arguing with another student in the class on whether or not Jesus was a perfect person. It was then that Michael recommended that Izzy rush Eta Pi, to which he did and then became Michael's Little. In the group, Michael christened Izzy with the epic name "Man O'War" and so begin an epic friendship.

As a kid, I loved to play outside. So one day when I was in my front yard, Michael and his mom were walking by and wanted to alert me that there was an opossum in a tree across the street. It turned out that it was actually my cat! So Michael’s mom let him stay and hang out while we got my cat down. But we quickly found out that we had a lot in common and began hanging out a lot. We were always outside, either at the pool swimming for many years, or eventually tossing a frisbee once we got into ultimate frisbee.
