WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED WEDDING ATTIRE?
Join us in formal and fun springtime colors. We'd love for you to embrace our color palette!
For men, a colorful suit or accents like a colorful dress shirt, tie, or pocket square in our palette would be perfect.
For women, we’d love to see elegant dresses that bring our chosen colors to life. Let’s make it a celebration filled with style and color. We are loving textures like ruffles, pleats, bows, and satin.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
While Isaac and I adore your children, our venue doesn’t have the capacity to include them. We hope you can still join us for this adults-only wedding celebration.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
To keep things within our planned capacity, our RSVP is set up for invited guests only, so we cannot include additional plus ones. We hope you still feel excited to celebrate with us, it wouldn’t be the same without you!
WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?
Make sure to book your flight to Kansas City International Airport (MCI), located in Missouri.
WHY IS KANSAS CITY IN MISSOURI AND NOT KANSAS?
Ah, the classic conundrum! Some may say because "There's too much city for one state." But, let’s break it down: Kansas City, Missouri, was founded in the 1830s, named for the nearby Kansas River and the Kansa tribe, before Kansas was even a state. It was incorporated as the City of Kansas in 1853 and renamed Kansas City in 1889. Meanwhile, Kansas wanted in on the action and created its own Kansas City to tap in on the Missouri side's success.
So to put it simply, Missouri claimed the name first, was already the cool kid on the block, making Kansas play catch up. Now, there are two Kansas Cities to spice things up and confuse most of America.
Just remember, when you’re heading to Kansas City, you’re going to Missouri. But if you end up in Kansas, you might find yourself asking, “Where's the city?” Enjoy the adventure, and don’t worry—everyone gets confused at least once! But, just a friendly reminder—referring to KCMO as 'Kansas' tends to irk the locals 🤭🤫😅
