We would love to kick off our weekend welcoming our guests. We will be having drinks and appetizers with location information coming soon. No formal dinner. Casual attire such as summer dress, linen pant, or shorts and Tommy Bahama Shirt (Novak's Favorite).

Our church ceremony will start promptly at 2pm. You will be standing throughout the service, as there is no seating available. Men and women are to stand on separate sides of the church, as this is a Serbian Orthodox custom. This church does not require women to cover their shoulders, however this is a common custom in many Orthodox churches. If you choose to follow this, a scarf is perfect to throw over and not be too warm. It is on you to get from your hotel to the church. Hotels we have suggested are within walking distance, but you can always set up transportation through your hotel or through the information we provide. Cocktail hour will begin 4:00-5:00pm, with full reception from 5:00-12:00am. You could walk from the church to the reception, but is 20 minutes (uphill). You will have an hour between the church service and cocktail hour. We recommend walking to Knez Mihajlova to grab a drink during this time. It is about 5 minute walk from the church.

We want to make sure we get the opportunity to celebrate with everyone we love. Please join us for a celebration in Iowa following our wedding.
