Please wear anything that's appropriate to a summer garden party. We'd love you to dress up but we still want you to be comfortable (and ready to dance!). Summer dresses and light suits would be perfect.

The reception is taking place in a marquee outdoors and while there will be heating if it gets cold we'd advise you to bring a layer for the evening.

What shoes should I wear?

Please feel free to wear heels but bear in mind that a large part of the day will be outdoors on grass, so block heels/wedges will fare much better than stiletto heels.

There is a ten minute walk between the church and the house (weather depending, this may involve a small walk across a field) so please feel free to bring alternative shoes to change into for the walk.

Changing into Crocs (or other comfortable shoes) for the dancing is heavily encouraged :)
