There will be 2 shuttles to the ceremony:
(1) First Shuttle will leave the Marriott at ~4:10, stop at the Hyatt hotel ~4:15 then drop off at the Arboretum
(2) Second Shuttle departs the Marriott ~4:40 PM to the Hyatt then departs Hyatt ~4:45 to Arboretum.

Cocktail hour will be hosted on the outdoor patio attached to the Firefly pavilion. Depending on the weather, as the sunsets it may get chillier outside so plan accordingly.

Dinner & Dancing held in the brand-new Firefly 3-season Pavilion. Reception venue is covered however open-air, so we recommend the guests bring a sweater or jacket for the later hours.
