For men, think formal dark-colored suit & tie. For women, a floor- or tea-length dress, or a dressy pantsuit is perfect. We can't wait to celebrate with you - your presence matters much more to us than what you wear!

Yes! We will have charter buses pick up & drop off guests in Charlottesville at the Draftsman, the Doyle, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites so that no one needs to worry about driving. We highly recommend you utilize the shuttle buses, as Uber and Lyft can be hard to come by once you are out in the mountains near our venue! If you do decide to drive and need to leave your car overnight, King Family kindly requests that you retrieve your car by 12pm the following day.

Your invitation will name each person invited. We'd love to celebrate with as many of our loved ones as possible, but due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour are scheduled to be held outdoors, in the grass field by the vineyard. The reception will be held indoors.
