For those guests flying in from out of town (first of all, thank you, we can't wait to celebrate with you!!), the Charlottesville Airport is only ~20 minutes from downtown (9 miles). This airport is small and easy to navigate - it offers direct flights to New York, Charlotte, Atlanta, DC, and Chicago.
Alternatives include Washington Dulles, which is ~2 hour drive (103 miles), and Richmond International, which is ~1 hour drive (79 miles).

The Draftsman is located directly on W Main St, only 1 block from the University. It is conveniently located walking distance to a variety of restaurants and the famous "Corner", a stretch of bars and restaurants where Helen & Andy spent many nights back in the day!
Reservations must be made by September 26, 2026 to secure the group rate - we recommend booking early if possible as school will be in session at UVA and there is a home football game this weekend! (Boo Duke!)

The Fairfield is located ~0.5 miles from the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville, a car-free stretch of restaurants, shops, and even a few music venues!
Reservations will be available approximately 1 year in advance - we recommend booking early if possible as school will be in session at UVA and there is a home football game this weekend! (Boo Duke!) The last date that reservations will be available in our room block is September 8, 2026. There is a king bed and 2 queen bed option, as well as the option to add an accessible room to your reservation.
