Instructions to Download and Use Google Maps:

Step 1: Download Google Maps

• For iPhone:

1. Open the App Store.

2. Tap the Search icon at the bottom right.

3. Type “Google Maps” in the search bar.

4. Tap the Download icon (cloud with an arrow or “Get”).

5. Enter your Apple ID password if prompted.

• For Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store.

2. Tap the Search Bar at the top.

3. Type “Google Maps”.

4. Tap “Install” next to the Google Maps app.

Step 2: Open Google Maps and Set Up:

1. Tap the Google Maps app to open it.

2. Sign in with your Google account if prompted (optional, but helpful to save routes).

Step 3: Directions to Knoxville Ranch or your Hotel:

1. Open Google Maps.

2. Tap the Directions icon (blue arrow).

3. In the destination field, type “Knoxville Ranch, West, TX” or your Hotel Address.

4. Tap Search.

5. Choose your preferred route and tap “Start” for turn-by-turn navigation.

For those looking for the most convenient and direct way to reach our wedding we recommend Waco Regional Airport (ACT).

Flight Options:

ACT offers daily commercial flights operated by American Airlines via Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

For those wishing to travel via their private jet, ACT welcomes PJs with full Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services, including fueling, hangar space, and ground transportation options for a smooth arrival.

Rental Cars are available at ACT through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Reservations are recommended in advance as the fleet is limited.

Rideshare, via Uber and Lyft, are also available at the airport.

Driving Directions from Waco Airport:

Exit the airport and take Lake Shore Drive (FM 3051) East.

Turn right onto N 19th Street and continue for about 5 miles.

Merge onto US-84 East/Waco Drive toward downtown.

Follow signs to your hotel or towards I-35 North towards West, TX. Take exit 343 for Highway 308 for Knoxville Ranch.

Traffic Tip: None, it's Waco...

For our out-of-town guests flying into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL), Waco is approximately 100 miles south, about a 1.5 to 2-hour drive via I-35 South.

Rental Car Options:

Both DFW and DAL offer multiple rental car companies, including Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, Budget, Alamo, and National.

At DFW International Airport: After landing, follow signs for "Rental Car Center" near baggage claim. A free shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes from all terminals and can be found at the lower-level curbside (look for the blue & white Rental Car Shuttle signs). The shuttle ride takes about 10 minutes to the DFW Rental Car Center.

At Dallas Love Field: Rental car counters are located at the ground transportation area. The rental car shuttle stop is outside baggage claim, running every 5-10 minutes to the rental car facility.

Driving Directions to Waco:

From DFW International Airport:

Exit the Rental Car Center and follow signs to TX-183 West toward Fort Worth.

Merge onto I-820 South, then take I-35W South toward Waco.

Continue on I-35 South for about 85 miles.

Take the appropriate exit for your hotel or wedding venue in Waco.

From Dallas Love Field:

Exit the Rental Car Facility and follow signs to TX-12 Loop West (Northwest Hwy).

Merge onto I-35E South toward Waco.

Continue on I-35 South for about 95 miles.

Take the appropriate exit for your hotel or wedding venue in Waco.

Traffic Tip: Traffic can be heavier during rush hour (7-9 AM and 4-6 PM).

Pro-tip: If you're flying out of DFW stop by the Capital One Lounge in Terminal D on your way back!

For our out-of-town guests flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) or San Antonio International Airport (SAT), Waco is centrally located along I-35 and easily accessible.

From Austin: Waco is 100 miles north, about a 1.5-hour drive via I-35 North.

From San Antonio: Waco is 180 miles north, about a 2.5-hour drive via I-35 North.

Rental Car Options:

Both AUS and SAT offer multiple rental car companies, including Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, Budget, Alamo, and National.

Where to Find Rental Cars:

At AUS: The rental car facility is within walking distance of baggage claim, located across the street in the CONRAC (Consolidated Rental Car Facility).

At SAT: Rental car companies are located on the Mezzanine Level of Terminal B, with a walkway leading directly to the rental car facility.

Driving Directions to Waco:

From Austin:

Exit the airport and take TX-71 West to merge onto I-35 North toward Waco.

Continue on I-35 North for about 100 miles.

From San Antonio:

Exit the airport and follow signs to merge onto I-410 East.

Take I-35 North toward Austin/Waco.

Continue on I-35 North for about 180 miles.

Traffic Tip: Traffic on I-35 inside Austin and between Austin and Waco can be heavy, especially during rush hour (7-9 AM and 4-6 PM) and on weekends due to construction zones.

For our out-of-town guests flying into George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), Waco is located about 185–200 miles northwest and is approximately a 3 to 3.5-hour drive via I-45 North and TX-6.

From IAH : Waco is 185 miles northwest, about a 3-hour drive.

From HOU: Waco is 200 miles northwest, about a 3.5-hour drive.

Where to Find Rental Cars:

At IAH: The Rental Car Center is located off-site. A free shuttle runs every 5-10 minutes from outside baggage claim at Terminals A, B, C, and E to the facility. The shuttle ride takes about 5 minutes.

At HOU: Rental car counters are located outside the baggage claim area, and a free shuttle runs every 5-10 minutes to the rental car facility.

From IAH:

Exit the Rental Car Center and follow signs to I-45 North toward Dallas.

Drive on I-45 North for about 60 miles, then take TX-6 North toward Waco.

Continue on TX-6 North for about 120 miles.

Merge onto US-84 West and follow signs into Waco.

Take the appropriate exit for your hotel or wedding venue in Waco.

From HOU:

Exit the Rental Car Facility and follow signs to I-45 North toward Houston/Downtown.

Drive through Houston on I-45 North for about 20 miles, then take TX-6 North toward Waco.

Continue on TX-6 North for about 160 miles.

Merge onto US-84 West and follow signs into Waco.

Take the appropriate exit for your hotel or wedding venue in Waco.
