Founded in New Haven in 1938 by Salvatore "Sally" Consiglio, this Wooster St speciality is "famous for our distinctive tomato sauce and chewy, crispy crust with an iconic oven-kissed char, Sally’s draws pizza fans from around the world." Try the Mozzarella and Tomato Sauce Pie, sometimes simple is best!
Modern Apizza
Modern Apizza is "one of the city’s holy trinity of pie shops, along with Sally’s Apizza and Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria." Modern Apizza is a spot for New Haven locals and continues to strengthen its community ties by partnering with Connecticut breweries for limited-edition beers sold in the shop. Yes it is a real pizza shop! Mystic Pizza opened in 1973 and became famous after the release of the 1988 movie of the same name. This pizza shop has delicious pizzas in a space full of film memorabilia.

Founded in 1979, Ashley has 5 locations along the CT shoreline and boasts to be one of CT's best!

Coastal Reserve trail, it is 3.6 miles and a loop.

Sleeping Giant State Park
-Sleeping Giant Tower Trail- 3.1 miles Out and Back- Miranda's family has hiked this many times and it is truly beautiful in the fall!
East Rock Park
Walk to the top to get a nice view of New Haven County
