Clearwater Forest is a fully equipped summer camp while we're not using it to celebrate our wedding weekend! This means that there is lodging on-premise that is available to the attendees in a couple of different formats.

Additional lodging is available at Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort, located 1.1 miles from the Clearwater Forest Campground. See section below for more information on Ruttger's.

There are summer cabins, tent sites, and RV sites with electrical hook-ups. Guests are more than welcome to choose any of these options as accommodations for the weekend.

Here are links to the types of lodging and a little about what to expect:

Summer Cabins - Nestled in the woods, around the Galilee Pavilion and the River Jordan Bathhouse. Each cabin sleeps 14 in rustic bunk beds and includes a changing area and screened porch. Follow the more information link below to see their recommended packing list, located under the Summer Cabins section and titled Summer Cabins - What to Pack.

Tent/RV Sites - There are two camp areas on the property. The main one we'll have guests use is called Grouse Circle. It features 15 campsites – five electric (20, 30, & some 50 Amps), and two pull-throughs also electrified. Each site has its own picnic table and fire pit with a nearby bathhouse with flush toilets and showers.

While on the Clearwater Forest Campground website, you may see information on Private Cabins, Lodges, or Houses. These accommodations are reserved for the Wedding Party & Family. We will contact you in your mailed invites if you have a reserved spot in one of these options.

Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort is a fully operating resort and hotel located on Bay Lake. If you're looking for more traditional accommodations, this is your spot! They offer a wide variation of rooms from common hotel rooms, to entire villas, cabins, and multi-room units.

Unfortunately, we've attempted to set up a room block with Ruttger's with no luck. That means you are open to book accommodations with them at your convenience - there will be no code to access these reservations.
