Utah is where Jacquelyn grew up, and we are so happy and excited to share this beautiful mountainous place with our friends and family. Q: Where is the wedding?

A: The wedding will be held at Louland Falls, which is a mountain venue in Parley's Canyon between Salt Lake City and Park City. (About 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City)

Q: When is the wedding?

A: The wedding will be held at Louland Falls on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 beginning at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM with a cocktail hour and a reception following, including dinner and dancing at the same location.

Q: Where is the closest airport?

A: The closest airport is the SLC International (SLC).

Q: When should I book my flights for?

A: We suggest arriving Friday (7/11/25) afternoon and leaving Sunday (7/13/25) afternoon or evening. If you have more time and want to stay longer to visit any of the beautiful National Parks in the state, we highly recommend it! Check out the Things to Do Page for some other suggestions if you are able to stay a little longer.

Q: Do I need to rent a car?

A: No! Unless you want to do some exploring beyond wedding weekend activities. The airport is an easy Uber or Lyft from downtown Salt Lake City, or there is a light rail that runs from the airport to various stops in downtown Salt Lake City. We have arranged for two venue shuttles to drive our guests from the Grand America Hotel to the venue at 4:30 PM on Saturday July 12, 2025 and return to the hotel in the evening after the reception. We highly highly recommend taking the shuttle bus to and from the venue to avoid driving after a night of celebration and as parking space is limited and wait times for car service might be lengthy in the canyon.

Q: Where should I stay?

A: We recommend staying at either of the following two hotels: The Little America or the Grand America Hotel. The shuttle to the venue will be leaving from and returning to the Grand America Hotel, which is also where Phillip and Jacqui will be staying for the weekend. The Little America hotel is right across the street and is a more budget friendly option. We understand that there are a wide variety of budgets amongst our guests and so if you would like to book at any other hotel or Airbnb, downtown Salt Lake City is pretty small and would be close enough to the Grand America to either walk, train, or cab over to catch the shuttle to the venue. Some great options are the new Asher Adams hotel or the Marriott City Center.

Q: Should I bring the kids to the wedding and reception?

A: To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and fun, we are respectfully asking that no children attend our celebrations.
