The following year, their adventures took them to Zion National Park and across the picturesque landscapes of Europe, from the enchanting streets of Prague to the sunny shores of Portugal, the vibrant cities of Spain to the serene beauty of Sweden, and from the charming canals of Amsterdam to the captivating landscapes of Austria.

As their journey unfolded, love blossomed and deepened amid the rich tapestry of different cultures and experiences. In 2020, Jake's commitment to the Army led him to Georgia for training, putting their love to the test. However, distance only served to strengthen their connection.

In 2021, Jake and Lisa embarked on a new chapter as they moved in together in the breathtaking setting of Central Oregon, buying their first home and building a life filled with shared dreams. It was during a magical trip to Cannon Beach, Oregon, that Jake chose the perfect moment to propose, with the assistance of their fur babies, Gunnar and Athena. And to no one's surprise, Lisa joyfully said yes, sealing their love with the crashing waves as witnesses.
